Problem in registration of Marriage with Shaikpet Arya Samaj Certificate

Recently many emails have been received from people who failed to register marriages that have been conducted in Shaikpet Arya Samaj.
Here is answer to the same.
Actually shaikpet branch is not registered with shaikpet address.Although the certificate is legal and valid in India.But the registration of the branch itself is not in shaikpet.
Due to this when a person married at this venue is facing the problems in registration in sub registrarr office.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??
Simple,Every arya samaj,wherever it is located must be registered with that address.Although it can run its activities anywhere in India or state.For example if Arya samaj is registered with address of Nampally then it must operate Physically from Nampally although while providing services in any other are.

Is the certificate illegal??
No,certificate is legal and valid.But sub-registrar office is not doing registration easily.It is taking time.

Solution??
If anybody wants marriage for legality or social problems then can get married in Arya samaj shaikpet area.
However if certificate is required to be used fro Visa purpose then you can avoid this branch because the process may take time .

No Charges for Marriages in Arya Samaj !!

Arya samaj was founded by Swami Dayanand Saraswati for upliftment of society.
Today we find that a particular section of society is backward or not able to stand along with the rest of society.Therefore we have starting an effort to help poor and marginalised section of society.
Now from 1st January 2018,we have decided that in our one particular branch(not finalised yet) marriage for poor people will be organised where Arya samaj itself will incur upto 50% of the cost(expenditure in Arya samaj)
For example if Arya samaj branch is taking Rs 5000 then the person need to submit only rs 2500 and rest will be incurred by arya samaj itself (if approved after document check)

Please note that it is a special initiative being run with the help of Mr Sharma therefore is available in specific branches only.


Who are eligible for this? 
1.Where couple (both boy and girl) comes from poor family and they have the proof of the same.
2.Along with this,final decision will be taken by Arya samaj itself depending on the situation.
Incase boy or girl is divyang (Physically impaired) then also they are eligible for this.

Any benefit for SC/ST??
Yes,incase boy or girl (any one) is from SC/ST and other person is from upper caste then also 20 % of the expenditure will be incurred by arya samaj itself.In this case SC/ST must provide caste certificate.

Process of booking
Please send your documents on watsapp at 09555540870 atleast 7 Days before.
Ask the concerned person to book your marriage under Arya Vivah Sahyog Yojna.
The concerned person will give confirmation within 24 hrs
After that you can come directly for marriage

Is there any Problem??
Yes,incase you submit any of the document fake just for the sake of taking benefits then please note that the certificate issued by Arya Samaj will not be valid as per the provision 19.3(c) of Arya samaj rules.
This thing is mentioned on certificate also

What you can do??
You can help the poor and marginalised making aware of this nitiative o f Arya Samaj.
You can help us by not forging any document as the money comes from hardwork of people like you only.Rather than saying lie to Mandir(arya samaj temple) authorities,you should be helping in this kind initiative.

Can we get Free of cost Marriages for poor??
Yes we are planning to provide zero cost marriages to poor people in near future but only after seeing how this Arya Vivah sahyog Yojna works.It may take another 6 months to roll out completely free of cost marriages for poor and marginalised section of society.

Is Arya Samaj Kukatpally is fake??

Many queries have been received in relation with legality of branch running at kukatpally.
As per the norms,every Arya samaj need to be registered with the head organisation of AryaSamaj.The head organisation of Hyderabad region is ARYA PRATINIDHI SABHA whose office is located at Koti.
If any branch is not registered with SABHA then it is running as a 'Freelancer'.Kukatpally branch is not registered with head organisation.This can be checked with their certificate also as it does'nt mention that they are affiliated.Some reports have come into notice where people after getting married faced some legal issue but branch did'nt cooperated.
Therefore everyone is requested to please check the affiliation before you get married in any of the branches.Some of the registered branches are Koti,suchitra,Ameerpet,Lalaguda,Manikonda road,Laxmi Nagar etc
Some of the NON-affiliated branches in this context are kukatpally,kondapur and vidhya Nagara.
